
Rin is transliteration of '倫' and it means "friend" in Japanese, and Omakase is derived from the Japanese word "お 任せ" , which means "entrust" , literally 'I'll leave it up to you'. The guests will trust chef expertise, and place all the trust to the chef, who select and serve the best and most seasonal specialties. Rin Omakase wants to provide a comfortable ambience for guests to relax and enjoy food as they would in a friend's home.
The chefs prepare Omakase dishes based on seasonal selection of seafood, vegetables and other seasonal ingredients that reflect the chef's expertise and creativity. We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from local farmers' markets. No matter what time of year, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season
Executive Chef Jin has 20 years of experience in fine-dining restaurants as well as extensive kaiseki-ryōri cooking experience.
Using high-end ingredients to make seasonal dishes, and served form in front of the plate, guests can not only see the chef's every move, chef can also give instant feedback on the reaction of guests.
