Rin is a transliteration of the Japanese character '倫', which translates to "friend" in English. The term Omakase originates from the Japanese phrase "お任せ", meaning "to entrust" or "I'll leave it up to you". At Rin Omakase, guests entrust the chef's expertise and culinary creativity in selecting and serving the best seasonal specialties. Our goal is to create a comfortable atmosphere, akin to dining at a friend's home, where guests can relax and savor their meals.
Our chefs expertly prepare Omakase dishes using the freshest seasonal ingredients, including seafood, vegetables, and other locally sourced produce, without compromising on quality. We meticulously select our ingredients from local farmers' markets to ensure that our guests are always treated to the best of the season, no matter the time of year
Executive Chef Jin brings with him 20 years of experience in fine-dining restaurants, as well as extensive knowledge in the art of kaiseki-ryōri cuisine.
Our seasonal dishes are crafted using only the finest, high-end ingredients and are prepared right in front of our guests, allowing them to witness the chef's every move and providing the chef with an opportunity to receive instant feedback on the guests' reactions.
Chef Jin is thrilled to share his culinary vision with you and all our guests. Our attentive and dedicated staff ensure that you have a fantastic experience with us.
